Challenges

Starting to set myself some challenges.  Here we go:

1.  100 day push up challenge- So day 1 do one push up- then all the way to day 100 = 100 push ups. 

2.  334 day squat challenge- As above day 1 do one squat all the way to day 334 =334 squats


3.  334 day burpee challenge- As above- full chest to ground burpees


4.  334 sit up challenge- full butterfly sit ups


I'm ready to take on the challenge and make good positive changes
