Breakfast
3 Egg Omlette with
80g Chicken in Spices
2 Mushrooms
Handful of Spinach Leaves
1 Whole Avocado
Lunch
250g Beef
150g Chicken
Snack
90g Salmon
Dinner
200g Chicken
15ml High Strength Oil
As I have already explained to both Rob and Dan, I just don't feel hungry enough to eat, I'm not going to force myself to eat when I'm not hungry...
Any advice?
