So weigh in was this morning, I had a decent week with regards to exercise, food- I admit I did go a bit off the track on the Saturday and ended up having to use some of my weekly points. But the rest of the time I stayed within my points and trained for 5 days weigh in to weigh in. But it paid off with an awesome 1.1kg loss! Thats 10.2kg in 6 weeks.
Now just need to remain focused for next week and power on!
I celebrated this loss with bit of clothes and shoe shopping I ended up buying new pair of casual sneakers, a dress ( yes I know a dress) and a new top! All for $60- thank god for specials!
