So today I decided to finally tackle the 7km run in the heat on the treadmill - wasn't my best idea, but I got it done- got off the treadmill, took like one mouthful of water, vomited and collapsed and woke up in the medical bay with a IV drip in my arm getting rehydrated. Definately will have to rethink this one next time!!
