    2.4km run - did this in like 18:41, my best time is 18:21, really wanted to crack the 18 minute barrier, but it wasn't meant to be for me tonight, oh well's there's always Friday :P

    Front Squat- felt really strong with this lift tonight. Got new PB's:
    3RM - 70kg
    1RM - 90kg

    So happy I was finally able to crack 90kg- I can't wipe the smile off my face, so happy!!

    For the main WOD did squat snatch at 30kg, really wanted to crack the 10 minute mark, but the negatives slowed me down. Completed this WOD in 13:26. But otherwise the snatches felt really good- feel like I'm improving my snatch technique by driving my hips alot more using them to get the bar up!
