WOD - 1/11/10



METABOLIC CONDITIOING

30-20-10 reps;

Ring Dips
Pull-ups
Push-ups

Finisher
100 Overhead squats @ 20kg

CORE

3 rounds

1min hollow rock
1min superman

  1. For the first part of this WOD, there was a 35 minute time cap. I got the 20-15-10 section done in 13:04, then 3 minute rest. Then it was onto 100 overhead squats- bar only. Shoulder kept playing up, just had to get these out in lots 10. Finished this all in 25:02. Knee kept rolling in, so I just really need to focus on keeping the knees tracking properly.

    Core - Ended up getting 75 supermans and 15 hollow rocks. Hollow rocks are tough- something I definately need to work on
