  1. 2.4km today- feet were not in the best of shape so didn't time this one. Probably around the 19-20 minute mark

    Managed to get 5RM - 35kg, could have gone heavier, but wanted to get a higher 3RM. Which I ended up doing 3RM - 42.5kg!

    ANNIE - I managed to knock 2.5 minutes off my Annie time, which I am so stoked about, this is an absolute killer, especially after all those sit ups. Really wanted to crack 10 minutes but it wasn't to be. Time: 10.08. Also managed to string 3 double unders together, which is the most I've ever done!! Woot! All the practise is finally starting to pay off!!
