    Split Jerk- old lift was 60kg, ended up getting a 70kg split jerk out tonight - really happy with this! NEW PB!

    Part B- Did this one by myself in 3.59 - it was subbed for a partner carry to the gate and back

    Was a really good session tonight- infection in my chest really slowed my runs down- here's hoping it gets better soon!
