WOD - 13/11/10 - Heavy FRAN



Heavy Fran
Three rounds, 15-12-and 9 reps, for time of:
60/40kg barbell Thrusters
20/10kg weighted Pull-ups
For weighted pull-ups, placing a 20kg dumbbell between the legs above crossed ankles works great.

  1. I did 40kg thrusters as requested. Before this session I was speaking to Rob about going back to doing pullups on the bar instead of the bands, and he said no, not until I am able to support my own body weight, so for any pullup sessions I'm going to be practising my negative pullups on the rings, until do them with any support of my legs, and I'm just gonna keep sticking with it and keep progressing.

    I ended up doing this WOD in 15.42, which wasn't to bad, the legs and the body has really felt this weeks sessions, its been a very heavy week. But rest day tomorrow, so bring on next week!
