STRENGTH
Pull-ups 5-5-5

METABOLIC CONDITIOINING
"Linda with push press"
10-9-8-7-6-5-4-3-2-1 reps of the triplet:
Deadlift: 1 1/2 body weight
Push Press:3/4 body weight
Clean: 3/4 body weight

    Just practised dead hangs- shoulder felt a bit dodgy so only did 50 minutes.

    This WOD I actually quite enjoyed this WOD tonight, managed to smash this out, managed to get this done in 18:43! Bring it on.

    I'm loving my training at the moment!
