    10 x10 body weight squats - did this instead of sprints

    I really enjoyed this WOD this morning- blasted through this one in 12:26!! Absolutely loving my training at the moment!! Bring it on!

    Instead of doing sprints- because of the injection and severe bruising in my leg, I ended up doing 10 lots of 10 squats, so natural the legs are pretty hammered!!
