WOD - 4/10/10
Even though CF Norwest isn't open today due to the long weekend public holiday - Here's the WOD
[A]
Snatch, 1 rep (6min time cap)
[B]
Clean and jerk, 1 rep (6min time cap)
[C]
As many rounds and reps as possible in ten minutes of:
55kg Squat clean, 6 reps
12 Pull-ups
24 Double-unders
This session will be set up in 1 block of 22mins after warm up. You only have 10seconds (restart of clock) between snatch/clean and jerk/triplet.
Add together the best snatch (in kg), the best clean and jerk (in kg), and the total reps performed in the triplet for your final score.
