    Metabolic Conditioning
    Shoulder started act up - only stopped once in each set which was good. Shoulders were still f*!#ked from Tuesdays WOD!

    Turkish Getups are definately one of my weak skills, could only do 5kg because of shoulder- managed to get out 12 in a row- these are definately not easy!! Skill to work on!

  2. Oh and also I should have done a 2.4km run today- but my shins are absolutely killing me. So I subbed a 3km row instead.
