  1. This WOD was an absolute killer - I turned up a little late this morning- missed about 5 minutes of the warm up and then bam we were into it.

    Got through the first round okay - the runs I did all unbroken, by the end I was almost shuffling, but I did it unbroken, so stoked with that. This one felt like it was never ending I went over the time cap, but at least I managed to get through it in one piece.
