WOD - 5/10/10
WOD
Part A
Three rounds for time of:
Row 500 meters
30 Box jumps
25 Back extensions
95kg Deadlift, 20 reps
Part B
In pairs (same sex pairs)
2 rounds
assemble barbell with 120/80kg of weight perform 10 dead lifts each
disassemble carry weights to top of drive (40m)
reassemble bar perform 10 dead lifts each
disassemble bar and carry equipment back to start

ReplyDeleteRob asked me to run 2.4km tonight- so x3 800m runs- Did this in 26 something- which I'm really not happy with- shins are playing up really bad and knee kept unlocking- doesn't matter next time I'll do better next time

Tonights WOD, Part didn't look to bad but unfortunately these are usually the worst ones!! This was challenging, but challenging is good!
