WOD- 4/10/10- Crossfit Blacktown

Today due to Crossfit Norwest being closed and I really wanted to train so I went and did the WOD at Crossfit Blacktown


Strength - 70% of 1RM Back Squat
5RM - 70, 80, 85 - Could have gone heavier

WOD 
400m Run 
21-15-9
Handstand Push Ups
Jack Knife Situps
Air Squats
